Cancellation Policy
To my wonderful clients.
When you miss your reserved appointment time, it not only creates loss of income to cover overhead costs that allows me to continue to provide services but it also creates a loss of time for other clients who are looking to schedule.
Please be considerate, and provide at least 24-hour notice, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. "No show" appointments will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
